Certificates of Completion

After successful completion of both the Pre-Filing and the Pre-Discharge courses you earn a certificate. The fee for all bankruptcy classes including on-line learning modules is just $50.00 per person. The fee for online sessions is paid at the time of a registration through our website using your debit or credit card.

Acceptable forms of payment for off-line bankruptcy classes are official bank check or money order only.

CCCS will provide services without regard to a client's ability to pay. Waiving the fee for services will be assessed based on regulations from NYS State and on written verification of your family's monthly gross income in relation to Federal Poverty Level Guidelines.
