- Q. Is CCCS a government agency, and how is CCCS funded?
- A. We are a not-for-profit 501(C)3 agency, and are responsible for offering community education in money management. The majority of our funding comes from the credit grantors who participate in our Debt Management Plan. We also apply for government grants when the opportunity arises.
