FAQs: How do I know if my payment was received?

Below are the answers to frequently asked questions from Consumer Credit Counseling Service clients regarding our services. Please review them, your question may have already been answered!


Q. How do I know if my payment was received?

A. You should still receive monthly statements from your creditors. In addition, we will send you quarterly statements showing how much you have sent us, what we sent to your creditors, and your balances. You can also view your CCCS account on line. You will need to know your client ID # and your PIN #. If you do not have this information, please call our Customer Service Department at 585-546-3440 of 888-724-2227.
