Our top priority remains the health and well being of our staff, clients and the communities we serve. In response to the COVID-19 virus, our offices are closed to the public and the staff at CCCS is working remotely from the comfort and safety of their homes.
Although we are unable to meet with you face to face please know that we are committed to offering you access to all of our service offerings during these uncertain times over the phone or online. Our customer service lines are open from 9a-5pm Monday through Friday and our counselors are available Monday-Thurs 8a-8p, Friday 8a-5p. If you are among our clients who pay your monthly payment in person with Money Order or Official Bank Check we ask that you kindly mail the payment to our office for processing instead. If you require a receipt, please indicate that in your mailing to us, and we will provide one to you. If you have no other alternative but to come to our office, we ask that you slide your sealed payment under the door, and we will process it that day. Receipts will also be available upon request for payments made on site. As a reminder, payments can be mailed to:
