CCCS of Rochester is hiring a Client Support Representative for our Rochester office.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve incoming client & creditor calls

  • Schedule appointments for potential clients

  • Encourage clients to be successful on the Debt Management Program

  • Advocate for the products and services that we offer

  • Other tasks, as assigned

 

Qualifications

  • Customer Service/Call Center Experience a must

  • Retention focused skill set

  • Bi-Lingual in English/Spanish is required

  • Excellent writing skills and the ability to communicate concisely

  • Problem solving skills and attention for detail

 

The right individual will be a quick learner and thrive in a fast paced environment. Applicant must be available to work 9am-5pm Monday-Friday with rotational evening and Saturday hours. Must be able to pass a background check and drug test. Also must be able to pass the counseling certification exam administered through the agency within the first 6 months of employment.

Education and Experience: College degree or equivalent customer service or Call Center experience
