Responsible for performing a variety of duties relating to the agency’s accounting and Creditor Relations initiatives. As a member of the Finance and Creditor Relations Department, this individual would contribute to the overall efficiency of the department’s deposits, payables, receivables as well as ongoing Creditor Relations relationship building activities.
Job Duties

Reconciliation of Client Trust Accounts, Operating Account, Grant Accounts and Imprest Account

Accounts Receivable – Fair Share, Client DMP Payments, Donations and Bankruptcy Fees

Accounts Payable – Issuing Payment on invoices received, voiding items, Stop Payments, Creditor Refunds, Insufficient Funds Data Entry

Posting entries to the General Ledger using QuickBooks software

Maintain client confidentiality and their right to privacy as well as security of client information at all times
Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
Qualifications:
Associates/Bachelors Degree Required or Relevant Experience
Special Skills:
Excellent Communication Skills, Proficient in QuickBooks, Working Knowledge of GAAP, Independent Worker, Excellent Organizational Skills
