Founded in 1970, Consumer Credit Counseling Service (CCCS) Of Rochester, is a community-based, non-profit organization, serving families in the Rochester, NY region. Our vision is to focus on the financial wellness of families and individuals by providing them with certified professionals for confidential counseling, educational services, and other solutions enabling our clients to meet their financial goals.

At CCCS of Rochester we know how hard it is to face financial problems.
We understand the need to have help from a debt management and reduction organization you can trust. Unlike many of our competitors, our debt counselors are required to be certified, and to maintain their certification. We offer confidential in-person and telephone counseling with certified debt counseling professionals.

We are a non-profit 501c(3)-community service organization that is accredited by The Council on Accreditation for Children and Family Services. Consumer Credit Counseling Service of Rochester is licensed by the New York State Department of Financial Services, and CCCS is a member in good standing with the Better Business Bureau and maintains an A+ rating. CCCS of Rochester is a member of the National Foundation for Credit Counseling (NFCC). The NFCC is the oldest and largest non-profit organization providing credit counseling, debt consolidation services and educational programs through its member agencies.
