“Empowering Homeowners” Post-Purchase Workshop for Recent Homebuyers

Event has endedThis workshop is designed to guide and support new homeowners in navigating the post-purchase phase. Gain valuable insights, tips, and expert advice to ensure a smooth transition into your new home. We will review topics including managing finances and basic home maintenance. This session is offered bi-monthly on the 3rd Tuesday of each month from 6-7:30 PM. Anyone can take this course. However, it is required by some homeownership grant programs including the City of Rochester’s homeownership grant programs. Proof will be supplied via a certificate of completion within 72 hours of completing the course. **this course does not serve the education needed for the pre-purchase workshop**
