Project Ride Informational Session
Project Ride is a four-week, transportation-focused workforce development program for residents of Monroe County. This program is designed primarily for employed individuals whose household income meets the low-to-moderate income guidelines established by Monroe County. The program consist of in-person classes during evening hours. Employed individuals who have a valid driver's license are invited to attend an informational session via Zoom to learn about eligibility requirements and available transportation assistance. First time license seekers may also attend without regards to employment status but are not eligible for other types of assistance until after receiving a valid drivers license and employment verification.
ATTENTION:
Current funding for the Project Ride program is ending soon. Priority consideration will be given to applicants who are seeking car repairs. You must be actively employed, possess a valid driver's license, and own or finance a vehicle registered in your name.
