CCCS is pleased to announce the addition of William (Bill) Gibbons to the Project Ride team as Program Coach. In 2024, Bill played a significant role on the Project Ride team as a Life Skills Coach and Program Consultant. He brings several years of experience with community-based organizations. His background with The New York State Police allows him to effectively discuss driving privileges in New York State with Project Ride clients and provide guidance on how to interact with law enforcement during traffic stops.
